During the NSF phase of ADVANCE (2010-2017), the ADVANCE Center coordinated 12 ADVANCE programs and activities that were carefully designed by committees of Texas A&M faculty and administrators. Over the years, a few additional programs and activities were added. Each of the programs was designed to increase equity for faculty, particularly for women in STEM disciplines. Each program and activity was aligned with at least one of the American Psychological Association's Psychologically Healthy Workplace (PHW) practices - the underlying, evidence-based framework for the TAMU ADVANCE initiative.
